SHIPPING
We only ship within the United States.
We offer shipping insurance as an additional charge you can add in the check out process by adding "shipping insurance". It is listed as an item in the Accessories section.
It is a small fee and will insure your package from loss, damage or theft. If you choose to not get this insurance please note that you are taking full responsibility for your package if it is lost, damaged or stolen.
RETURNS
We understand things happen.
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery only if unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required. In stock non-custom orders are eligible for a full refund minus 9%. Custom- made orders that are handmade specifically for you, may be refunded at 60%.

You will be responsible to pay return shipping costs and for shipping in original packaging or similar. For items over 100 dollars please consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return item. Please provide a tracking number. After we have received and inspected your return item we will notify you by email regarding your refund.
